Commencement to Link Istanbul’s Airports with the City Center

The Turkish government plans to link Istanbul and Ankara’s Airports with the city centers through extending new railway lines, and that is in the framework of the government's efforts to achieve integration among all means of transportation, that is according to the Minister of Transport, Communication, and maritime navigation "Ahmed Arslan."

"Arslan" revealed the commencement of linking all of the Ataturk Airport, Sabiha Gokcen Airport, and the third Istanbul Airport (under construction), with the railway lines to Istanbul's city center.

In a press statement to Anadolu agency "Arslan" said “it is scheduled to conduct a tender during the first quarter of this year, in order to link Ankara’s city center with "EsenBoga" Airport”.
