Istanbul: This is the capital city of Turkey and is also known as Constantinople. The city has a very rich history and has been the center of many empires. It was once known as one of the largest cities in the world, but now it is home to more than 15 million people. If you ever visit Istanbul, make sure to visit Hagia Sofia which was originally built as an Orthodox church, but now functions as a mosque.

Have you ever thought about buying a house in Turkey?

If so, you're in luck! We have a few reasons why this might be the right choice for you.

First of all, Turkey is an amazing place to live. It's sunny and warm most of the year (although it can get chilly in winter), and the people are incredibly friendly. You'll never feel lonely or left out because there are so many people around who want to meet new people. And if you're looking for a good time, there's always something going on: festivals, concerts, etc.

Second of all, Turkey has great food! If you love spicy food like me then this is going to be heaven for your taste buds! They make everything from kebabs to baklava—and it's all delicious! I've never had anything bad here yet so expect most meals to be wonderful experiences :)

Thirdly…the history! There are so many ancient sites like Ephesus or Troy that were built thousands of years ago but still stand today as monuments to past civilizations' accomplishments. That alone makes it worth visiting at least once in your life but there are also plenty more wonders that await discovery within modern-day Turkey as well

Besides, if you're looking for a place to retire or just want to live in a beautiful location, Turkey is definitely worth considering. And if buying a house here is your goal, there are several reasons why buying in Turkey is such an attractive option:

The cost of living is low compared to other countries in Europe. You can get more bang for your buck here than anywhere else on the continent.

You can buy property without having to pay any commission fees or taxes until after the sale has closed—which means no money has been spent yet on the home (this is important because it makes it easier to budget).

There are no restrictions on foreign ownership of land or property here—you can buy as much as you want!

Benefits of buying a House in Turkey

House prices low

House prices are low in Turkey. The reason is that the country has seen a lot of economical unrest recently. However, there are many reasons to be optimistic about Turkey's real estate market as it stands today. The economy is growing again, and foreign investors are coming back to Turkey. This can only mean good things for the housing market in this beautiful country!

House prices in Turkey have been falling since the beginning of this year, according to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). The average price per square meter is currently around 4,000 Turkish liras ($1,100) compared to 5,400 liras ($1,500) a year ago.

The decline has been linked to the country's economic woes and political uncertainty. House prices have been falling almost constantly since 2015. Check out our offers for the most affordable properties in Turkey.

Nice climate for a holiday

The weather is warm and sunny throughout most of the year, with an average temperature of 18 degrees Celsius. However, it can get very hot in the summer months, so if you are going to visit Turkey during this period, it is best to take lots of water with you and wear lots of sunscreen.

Turkey is known for its beautiful beaches and scenery, as well as its amazing cuisine. The capital city of Ankara has many museums and historical sites worth visiting, including Anitkabir (the tomb of Ataturk) and Dolmabahce Palace (which was built in the 19th century).

Low Cost of living

Turkey is a country with a low cost of living. It is an economically stable country, and has a relatively low cost of living for the region. The cost of living in Turkey is about 40% lower than in Europe and America. The country also has a relatively low cost of food, as well as transportation and utilities.

The average rent for an apartment in Istanbul is about $500 per month. If you want to live in a smaller city like Izmir or Antalya, you can find places that are less than $300 per month.

Food is also cheaper in Turkey than in many other countries. You can buy a kilo of fresh fruit for under $2, and a kilo of tomatoes costs less than $1.50. Chicken breasts are less than $5 per kilo, and ground beef costs less than $3 per kilo.

Safe Investment

Investing in Turkey is a great way to earn a safe return on your money.

The country's economy has been growing steadily for the past decade, and it's expected to continue doing so for years to come.

The Turkish Lira is pegged to the U.S. dollar, so investors can rest assured that their investments will remain stable over time. And if you invest in Turkish stocks or bonds, there are no capital gains taxes—a huge plus compared with other countries!

Turkey has an extensive network of free trade agreements with countries in Europe and Asia, as well as strong economic ties with Russia and Iran. This makes it easy for businesses to export their products and services across the globe without having to worry about tariffs or other trade barriers.

Turkey is also known for its high-quality education system, which has produced many world-class scientists and engineers who have gone on to start successful businesses around the world. This gives them access to top talent when they expand their operations into new markets outside of Turkey’s borders.

Turkey has one of the fastest-growing economies in the world

The country's economy is expected to grow by 3.2% this year, and it’s predicted to increase further to 4% in 2020. The country has seen a rise in economic growth for three consecutive years after experiencing a recession between 2015 and 2016. This is due in part to low interest rates, which have helped stimulate lending activity and corporate investment.

The World Bank expects Turkey's economy to grow by 4.8% in 2019 and 4% in 2020, making it one of the fastest-growing economies in the world.

The country is enjoying a period of economic expansion that has been largely driven by an increase in domestic demand and private consumption.

Excellence return on investment

The Turkish economy has been growing steadily since the 1980s and is now the 17th largest economy in the world, with a GDP of $836 billion. One of the major drivers of its economic growth has been its ability to attract foreign direct investment (FDI). In fact, FDI has grown exponentially over the past several decades, from $1.4 billion in 2005 to $16.1 billion in 2016—an increase of more than 1,000 percent.

In order for FDI to continue growing at this rate, however, it's important for Turkey to maintain its economic momentum through innovative policies and strong leadership. This is made difficult by high inflation rates and growing debt levels that have caused some investors to worry about their exposure to Turkish assets.

Property Ownership, Residency, and Citizenship

Turkey is a place where many people are looking to buy property. With its convenient location between Europe and Asia, it has become a hot spot for tourists looking to explore the region. While Turkey is not necessarily known for being an affordable place to buy property, there are still some great places to look at if you're interested in buying real estate there.

As a foreigner living in Turkey, you may be wondering how to become a property owner. Here is some information on property ownership in Turkey:

  1. Property ownership by foreign citizens is allowed in Turkey under certain conditions. Foreigners can own land or buildings with no restrictions and also buy agricultural land for farming purposes. These regulations apply equally to Turkish citizens who are non-Muslims or foreigners who have been granted citizenship by the Turkish government.
  2. In order to buy real estate, foreigners must have a residency permit (a “kimlik”) that is valid for at least one year from the date of purchase and has an accurate address printed on it based on where they live in Turkey. The residency permit must also be stamped with the signature of an authorized official from the municipality where you live before it can be used as proof of address when buying property in Turkey.
  3. Foreigners who plan on traveling overseas frequently should consider buying property in Turkey rather than renting because rental laws stipulate that tenants must give up their right to occupy their rental unit once they leave it vacant for more than six months
Property Ownership, Residency, and Citizenship

Full ownership

Turkey offers many benefits that make it a great place to own property. For example, the country has a low cost of living and an excellent infrastructure with many modern amenities including high-speed Internet access and thousands of miles of well-maintained roads. Moreover, Turkey's economy is growing rapidly and many foreign companies have opened offices there which means good employment opportunities for expats who want to find work after moving there permanently (or semi-permanently) from their home countries.

Residency permit

In order to obtain a residency permit in Turkey, you will need to have a valid passport, proof of financial independence, proof that you have a place to live, and a medical certificate. In order to obtain a residence permit in Turkey, you will need to apply for one at the immigration office. There are two different types of residence permits: temporary and permanent residence.

Temporary residence permits are valid for one year and can be extended for up to five years, while permanent residence permits are valid indefinitely. Once you have received your permit, you must register your address with the local police department within three days of arrival. If you do not register within this time frame, your visa will be canceled and you will have to leave the country immediately. The residency permit is valid for one year and can be extended. You can apply for an extension after six months from the date of issue.
