Antalya's real estate records unprecedented sales to foreigners during the seventh month of the year, with expectations that foreign sales will increase by 10,000 apartments by the end of 2021.

Apartment sales to foreigners in Antalya for 2021 achieved the highest number in its history, and registered progress of 60.1% compared to sales in 2020.

According to a report prepared by Endeksa for real estate studies, most areas of Antalya state in Turkey witnessed a significant increase in the prices of its apartments during a year, between April of this year and April of last year.
