What is Property Certificate Residence in Turkey and How to Acquire it?

Housing License is a document obtained from the Building Permits Licensing Unit of the Directorate of Construction in the Municipalities concerned after completion of the construction in accordance with the required technical conditions.

Special teams from the concerned unit in the municipality are sent during the construction phase and after completion, to perform the necessary checks until the license is granted.

This document means that construction is suitable for housing. It is a binding license for all residential buildings. It can be obtained by the contracting company or the construction company. In the absence of a housing permit, this means that there is a problem with the project.

This license must be obtained from the Building Permits Licensing Unit of the Directorate of Reconstruction in the concerned municipalities within the specified period and can be applied for projects that are established within a period of two to five years. A license must be re-obtained if this period is exceeded.
