"إن الله يحب إذا عمل أحدكم عملا أن يتقنه" في الحقيقة لم أمر بتجربة خدمات ما بعد البيع اروع من التي عشتها مع شركة امتلاك، حيث الإتقان والاحترافية في العمل والمهنية العالية جدا وصدق في المواعيد. ويقدموا لك النصيحة في مكانها. جزاكم الله كل خير وأخص بالذكر السيد مصطفى ترجمان والسيد محمد الدليمي.

I would highly recommend Imtilak Real Estate for those interested in purchasing real estate in Türkiye. They were highly professional and diligent in every aspect of the purchasing process. Mr. Isam in the main branch was in constant communication with us for months before our visit and would always strive to provide a comprehensive answer to our questions at any time during the day. I also have to give high props to Mr. Diyaa in Izmit/Kocaeli who spared no effort in showing us properties that fit our requests. His knowledge of the area and the real estate projects was highly commendable. He also went to far lengths to answer our questions regarding schools in the area and many other details that are too numerous to recount. We thoroughly enjoyed every step in the process and felt safe knowing that Imtilak truly had our best interests in mind.

I am sharing my wonderful experience with Imtilak. Imtilalk was recommended to me by my friend after his outstanding experience with them, so when I contacted them they were very cooperative and send me many options before traveling to Istanbul, to understand the market. Once I arrived to Istanbul I have met Mr Abulkarim Habra, this man was very kind and patient he showed me many projects and once he knew what I need he took me to the Avrupa project in Yamanevler this project was nice but I was not convinced by the Asian side of Istanbul, so I decided to go with NEF project, so I paid the reservation of the appartment which his negotiations skills was very high, so they gave very attractive price, when I went back to my country I changed my mind and decided to go Avrupa instead of NEF so I called Mr Abdulkarim again to tell him my decision I expected that he will not cooperate with me but I have seen him very active he contacted the Avrupa team and again gave another offer excellent offer, and helped me to get back my reservation money from NEF, Mr Abdulakrim performance was excellent and he showed all the tricks in Turkey, supportive even after sale he was following my case step by step till I get the citizenship and he was the first one I come to if faced any issue. I really wanted to thanks Imtilak and their excellent team from Mr Abdulakarim Habra till Mr Zeyad Ajlan from who were very supportive

Abdulkarim Habrah is absolutely wonderful to work with. He really cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood around the suggested property, which was also very important for me as a client. The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. He’s not only very professional, experienced and helpful agent but also a very kind, well-mannered and respectful person! Highly recommend! -Zarina Matieva

Our experience with Imtilak Real Estate was all positive, smooth and fruitful. From the day we landed in Istanbul airport until the day we returned home Imtilak team was very helpful, professional, and supportive, especially their sales manager Mr. Mustafa Turjman who made our journey amazing. Mr. Mustafa showed us many properties and provided a fair advice for each unit explaining its pros and cons and was knowledgeable and patient enough to answer all our questions and clarify any doubts until we finally found the right property that matched our budget and fulfilled our objectives. Throughout our journey it was evident to us that Mr. Mustafa is keen to find the right property for us rather than just closing a deal. After choosing the property, Imtilak team took the ownership and completed all the paperwork and facilitated the whole process to us. In short, we are very satisfied and thrilled by the services of Imtilak Real Estate team and would recommend them to others. If we decide to make another investment in Turkey we will never hesitate to work with them again.
