  • Down payment plan: Under this plan, the buyer must pay 10–20% of the property's worth at the time of booking, an additional 80–90% during the allotted period, which is often 45–60 days, and the remaining amount at the time of possession.
  • Construction Linked plan: This plan, which is sometimes referred to as a possession-linked plan, necessitates an upfront booking fee from the buyer, often ranging from 10% to 15% of the purchase price. The remaining sum is contingent upon reaching certain building milestones—for instance, 20% after each level.
  • Time Linked plan: These days, time-linked plans are not as common, although some developers still provide them. With these plans, you have to pay for your house in instalments according to a predetermined schedule specified by the builder. This is independent of how far along the construction is. If you choose this plan, some developers will give you a discount of 8–10% off the base price of the property.
