The growth of trade exchange between Saudi Arabia and Turkey by 73.7%

The volume of trade exchange between Saudi Arabia and Turkey increased by 73.7% during June 2022, amid the improvement of diplomatic and economic relations between the two countries.
According to the data of the General Authority for Statistics (a Saudi governmental body) issued on Wednesday 24/08/2022, the trade exchange between Saudi Arabia and Turkey rose to $622 million in June 2022, after it was $358 million in June of the year 2021.
Mutual increase in exports:
In the same context, Saudi exports to Turkey increased by 74.4%, recording $608 million in June 2022, compared to $348 million in the same month of 2021.
While Turkey's exports to Saudi Arabia rose by 47.3%, to reach $14.4 million after it was $9.8 million.
The most prominent Saudi non-oil exports to Turkey are chemicals and minerals, while machinery, mechanical devices, and electrical equipment top Turkish exports to Saudi Arabia.
