The Turkish real estate market is witnessing a significant rise in the prices of apartments in Turkey, especially during the last year, which witnessed a great demand for apartments in Turkey by investors in Turkey and abroad, and the demand in the internal market reached its peak in recent months, in parallel with the reduction in the value of interest for housing loans that were the result of the general reduction of interest in Turkey.
The reports have monitored significant changes in the prices of apartments in Turkey, close to 100% in some areas, and exceeded them in other areas of the major Turkish states. The latest of these reports; a report prepared by the Hepsiemlak real estate platform, in which it monitored: the average price per square meter, the average apartment price, and the percentage change in prices during a year from October 2021, and the classification results were as follows:

Mugla leads the Turkish states in the average price per square meter
According to the data of the aforementioned report: Mugla province topped the Turkish states in the average price per square meter of its apartments, with the average price per square meter in its apartments during October of this year: 10,167 TL.
It was followed by Istanbul, whose average price per square meter in its apartments during the aforementioned month was 7,824 TL.
Antalya came third, with the average price per square meter in its apartments reaching: 5,947 TL during October 2021.

Besiktas, Istanbul tops the regions of the Turkish states in the average price per square meter
With regard to the classification of regions across Turkey according to the average price per square meter in Besiktas apartments, the Besiktas region ranked first among the Turkish regions with the highest average price per square meter in its apartments, with the average price per square meter in Besiktas apartments during October for this year: 27,521 TL. It was followed by the Sariyer district in Istanbul with an average price of 27,517 TL.
While the Şişme region in Izmir followed in third place, with an average price of: 18,875 Turkish liras per square meter. The figures of the top ten regions in Turkey in the average price per square meter were as follows:

Samsun comes first in the annual increase rate

In the classification of regions in the Turkish states according to the annual rate of increase in prices per square meter of housing during October 2021, Foca in Izmir ranked first among the Turkish regions with an annual increase of 112%, followed by Milas in Mugla with an annual increase in the second place It reached 95%, and the Dikili region in Izmir ranked third with an annual increase of 74%, and the first ten ranks among the regions in the Turkish provinces were as follows:
