Text of the statement and rules related to commercial messages

We have prepared this explanatory text to provide you with information regarding our sending of commercial messages to you and the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data, and to introduce you to the rules of sending commercial messages, within the framework of the Electronic Communication Law No. 5809, the law related to the regulation of electronic commerce No. 5809, and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

In this context, the contact information you have shared, such as: phone number, and email address, will be subject to limited processing if you agree, for the purpose of using it in marketing communication operations, managing communication activities in marketing work, planning marketing work, executing plans, conducting analytical studies, promoting services, organizing events, and publishing advertisements to direct commercial messages faster through the communication channels you agreed to receive messages through, including mobile applications, social media accounts, SMS, email, and other communication channels you specified, in accordance with the consent conditions stipulated in Article 6 of the law related to the regulation of electronic commerce No. 6563, and based on the legal justification "explicit consent" stipulated in the first paragraph of Article 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

You can withdraw your consent to receive electronic commercial messages at any time you wish, and this will be accepted as a withdrawal of the explicit consent related to your reception of these messages.

Your personal data will be used by our company/data processors, and this data will be shared with Imtilak Group companies, our partners, and contracted suppliers within the framework of the mentioned objectives, and your personal data will be transferred to cloud storage providers outside Turkey, and your data will be subject to limited processing for the purpose of managing archiving and storage operations and under your explicit consent.

You can submit your requests related to your rights mentioned in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, in accordance with the provisions of the "notification related to the principles and procedures for submitting requests to the data controller," and through the application channels specified in the explanatory statement.
