Turkish Projects Reach the AEC Excellence Awards 2017

The Metro line "Kabatsh- Mecediakoy - Mahmoutbey" and Istanbul III Airport entered the "2017 AEC Excellence Awards, which is considered one of the biggest metro projects in Istanbul with a length of 22.5 km.
The Metro connecting Mecediakoy and Mahmoutbey is expected to open in the second half of 2018, and the metro connecting Kabatsh and Mecediakoy in 2019.
The third Istanbul airport project has also been awarded the € 10 billion investment, which is being implemented between the public and private sectors and is likely to become one of the largest airports in Europe and the world also it is expected to open in 2018.
The 2017 AEC Excellence Awards is one of the most prestigious international awards, organized in Las Vegas, USA.
The winning projects' results will be announced in the top three on Friday 15 September.
