We, at Imtilak Limited Company for Construction, Real Estate Marketing, Foreign Trade, and Translation ("Imtilak Real Estate"), as a data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, attach great importance to the protection of your personal data that we process. For this reason, we would like to inform you about matters related to the processing of your personal data through this explanatory statement:

1. What personal data do we process, what are the purposes of processing, what are the legal grounds, and what are the methods of data collection?

If you register as a member on our website through the registration link https://www.imtilak.net/en/register , your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the related secondary legal regulations, within the framework of the following purposes and legal grounds:

When you use the services provided by "Imtilak Real Estate" to members on its website, which enable you to register as a member and log in, the personal data contained in the information and documents you provide to us during membership registration, including your personal identity information: (first name, last name, title), your contact information: (phone number, email address), your customer transaction information: (product/service information you are interested in), and your financial information: (property information, title deed information); this data is subject to limited processing for the purposes of managing the sale of goods/services, managing post-sale support, managing marketing activities for goods/services, conducting marketing research, managing contracting processes, managing advertising/marketing/promotional campaigns, conducting business activities, managing customer relations, conducting activities aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction, and following up on requests/complaints. We note that this limited processing is carried out based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law, which states: "If the processing of personal data is necessary for the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or fulfillment of the contract" and "If the processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that this does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."

2. To whom is your personal data transferred, and for what purposes is this data transferred?

Your personal data is transferred within Turkey to:

• Relevant government departments and institutions: In accordance with the provisions of applicable laws, to ensure that activities are conducted in compliance with the law, to provide information to responsible persons and relevant institutions, and to carry out and follow up on legal transactions.

• Imtilak Group Companies: For the purposes of managing business activities, managing communication activities, following up on requests and complaints, managing financial and accounting operations, managing logistics activities, managing the sale of goods or services, and providing post-sale support for goods or services.

2.b. Outside Turkey:

• Your personal data is transferred for the above-mentioned purposes, in addition to purposes such as conducting storage operations and data archiving to service providers outside Turkey with whom Imtilak Real Estate works to store data in cloud services, based on the legal ground specified in the first paragraph of Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law: "Explicit consent".

Your rights regarding personal data as stipulated in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law are as follows:

• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the conditions specified in the Personal Data Protection Law and applicable laws.
• If you request the deletion or destruction of your personal data due to incorrect or incomplete processing, you have the right to know the third parties to whom we have transferred your personal data.
• Any person has the right to object to the results of personal data processing that are not in their favor, exclusively if the data is processed and analyzed through established mechanisms and systems.
• To request compensation for damages resulting from the processing of personal data in violation of the Personal Data Protection Law.
