Nearly 2.8 million properties sold since early 2021

Imtilak Real Estate has monitored the statement issued by the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning in Turkey, in which it announced the number of real estate sales in Turkey during the period from January to November of this year 2021. Turkey: Nearly 2.8 million properties sold since 2021

According to data issued by the Ministry of Environment, Urban Planning and Climate Change, the number of real estate sales in Turkey, in general, amounted to nearly 2.8 million properties, during the first 11 months of the current year 2021.

In a related context related to the number of transactions related to real estate sales in Turkey, last November witnessed 357,446 real estate sale transactions, while the number of transactions last October reached 291,853 transactions.

As for the period between January and November of the year 2021, the total number of real estate sales transactions in Turkey reached 2,768,262 transactions.

Apartment sales in Turkey are in the lead

Residential apartments sales in Turkey topped the list of real estate transactions with 1,231,524 transactions, followed by land transactions with 482,845 transactions, and agricultural fields ranked third among real estate sales with 731,825 transactions.

As for the Turkish states that witnessed the largest number of real estate sales transactions, Istanbul topped the list with 354,25 transactions, followed by Ankara with 192,505 transactions, and Izmir ranked third with 134,972 transactions.
