Apartment prices rise by 30% in August
According to a report issued by the Turkish real estate platform Endeksa, house prices in Turkey, in general, witnessed an increase of 30% during a year from August 2021, with the average price per square meter reaching 3,410 TL.
According to the above-mentioned report, the average house price in all of Turkey was 443,300 TL, while the average investment life of the apartment in all Turkey was 20 years.
Aydin, Mugla and Antalya ranked first
In the details of the figures related to the annual increase in the prices of apartments during the month of August of the year 2021, the state of Aydin ranked first among the Turkish states, which witnessed the largest increase in the prices of its apartments during the mentioned period by an increase of 60%, where the average price per square meter reached to 3,385 TL.
Mugla came second where the annual increase in the prices of its apartments reached 54.63%, and the average price per square meter reached 8,925 TL.
Antalya ranked third with an annual increase in the prices of its apartments amounting to 44.63%, where the average price per square meter in Antalya apartments reached 5,487 TL.

The three major states are led by Izmir
With regard to the figures related to the three largest states in Turkey, which witnessed the highest sales of apartments in Turkey, Izmir ranked first in the annual increase in the prices of apartments with an annual increase of 32.49%, and the average price per square meter in Izmir during the month of August of this year to 4,539 TL.
Followed by Istanbul in second place with an annual increase of 25.97%, where the average price per square meter reached 5,021 TL.
