According to statistical data issued by the Turkish Statistics Authority, Istanbul state recorded the sale of 18,752 apartments in February of this year, thus achieving an increase of 20.1% over the sales of the same month last year 2021.
With these sales, Istanbul ranked first among the Turkish states selling apartments in February 2022, and the city recorded 33,862 sales of apartments during the first two months of this year, an increase of 14.41% compared to sales for the same period of the year. last year.
Esenyurt ranks first among Istanbul's most selling residential areas
In the details of the official data, the Esenyurt district ranked first among the Istanbul districts that sold the most apartments during February of this year, with 2,621 apartments sold.
Beylikdüzü district ranked second among Istanbul's most selling apartments during the same period, with 1,029 apartments sold.
As for the third place among Istanbul's most selling residential areas in February of this year, it was won by the Pendik district in the Asian side of the city, with 771 apartments sold.
Beykoz topped the least selling regions
With regard to the least selling areas among the Istanbul regions, Beykoz and the islands topped the least selling areas of apartments in February of this year, with 33 apartments sold in each.
The Çatalca region came in second place, with 55 apartments sold, and the Şile region ranked third, with 69 apartments sold during the same period of the current year 2022.
