Apartment prices increase by about 30% in one year
According to data issued by Endeksa real estate platform, the prices of apartments in Turkey increased by 29.7%, during a year from the end of June 2021, where the average price per square meter in apartments in Turkey reached 3,239 TL, while the average price of a residential apartment in Turkey, in general, is 421,070 TL.
This increase in prices coincided with great activity in the sales of apartments in Turkey, witnessed in the past months, led by last June, in which sales of apartments amounted to 134,731 apartments, an increase of 127.7% over the sales of the previous month.
Aydin is the first in increasing the value
In the details of the figures mentioned in the mentioned data, the state of Aydin recorded an increase in the prices of apartments by 57.6%, while the average price per square meter was 4,544 TL, and the average price of an apartment in it was 560,000 TL.
With this recorded value, we see the superiority of the state of Aydin over all the Turkish states, and it is in the first place in terms of achieving the largest percentage of the increase in the prices of apartments there.
Mugla ranks second
In the same context, Mugla ranked second among the Turkish states, which witnessed the largest increase in the prices of its apartments, during a year from the end of June 2021, as the rate of increase in the prices of its apartments during the mentioned period reached 55.9%, and the average price per square meter reached to 8,198 TL, and the average price of a residential apartment in it to 951,080 TL.
Antalya is in third place
Antalya, which has attracted the eyes of investors in recent years, has known an increase in the prices of apartments by 44.2%, and as a result of this increase, the price per square meter in Antalya apartments reached 4,012 TL, while the average price of the residential apartment in it was 454,375 TL.
Therefore, Antalya ranked third among the Turkish states, which witnessed the largest annual increase in the prices of its apartments, within a year from the end of June 2021.
