The Hurma area, located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Taurus Mountains, is considered one of the most important neighborhoods in the prominent coastal suburb of Konyaaltı in the center of Antalya Properties. The western expressway project, which passes through the center of the Hurma neighborhood, has been completed. This expressway connects the Hurma area to the center of Antalya City. This road has greatly contributed to reducing traffic congestion not only in the Hurma area but throughout Antalya. The government is also considering establishing a high-speed train line alongside this expressway. In addition, the Antalya municipality is constructing a cable car line that will extend between the Tünektepe and Sarısu areas near Hurma. The planned cable car project will increase the touristic importance of the area and will also be used as a means of public transport between the two mentioned areas. The municipality, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, is also working on establishing a government hospital in the neighborhood. More than 15,000 square meters of land in the heart of Hurma have been allocated for the construction of a hospital with a capacity of 150 beds. These projects will greatly increase the importance of the area and raise property prices, which are already seeing a gradual increase.

As for the Boğaçayı project, which is considered one of the most important projects not only in Antalya but also nationwide, it will increase the coastal area by about 40 square kilometers by expanding and deepening the riverbed at its mouth and drawing the sea inward. This project includes a marina for yachts and facilities for water activities. This major project will attract thousands of tourists to the area and will significantly boost the real estate market. It is worth mentioning that property prices are already rising in the area thanks to this project, which is no less important than the Istanbul Canal Project.
