The demand of Iranians for buying real estate in Turkey

This means that out of every 8 residential apartments sold to foreigners in Turkey, one was purchased by Iranians.

Iranians Prefer Buying Apartments in Asian Istanbul

Istanbul still holds the top spot among Turkish provinces for foreign interest in real estate investment, thanks to its many advantages, including its central geographical location, a blend of modernity with history, authenticity, and charm, contemporary architectural style, and the best comfort amenities through a series of luxurious residential and commercial projects with the highest contemporary standards. In addition, there are opportunities for increased property investment value.

Experts and those interested in the real estate sector indicate that Iranians prefer the Asian side of Istanbul for their real estate investments, especially residential apartments. Experts attribute this to the fact that most Iranians work in trade and prefer projects on the Asian side, which offers many advantages, in addition to the tranquility of the area, which is less populated, and the availability of transportation connecting it to vital areas in Istanbul.

Like other foreign investors, most Iranian investments are for obtaining Turkish citizenship and acquiring the Turkish passport, which is highly powerful and allows entry to more than 71 countries without a visa.

Experts also expect Iranians to advance to first place among the top foreign nationalities investing in the Turkish real estate market in 2022.
