Apartment sales to foreigners during April 2023

Turkey sells 2557 apartments to foreigners during the fourth month of this year

According to data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute, the number of residential apartments sold to foreigners during April 2023 reached: 2557 apartments.

The share of foreign sales during the fourth month of this year was also: 3% of the total general sales of residential apartments throughout Turkey.

As for sales to foreigners in Turkey during the first four months of the year, they amounted to: 13,483 residential apartments across Turkey.

Antalya tops the Turkish provinces with the highest sales to foreigners

According to the details of the data, the province of Antalya ranked first among Turkish provinces with the highest sales of residential apartments to foreigners during April 2023, with 1024 apartments sold.

Istanbul ranked second with 792 apartments sold, and Mersin came in third with 186 apartments sold.

The sales figures in the ten provinces with the highest sales to foreigners during April and the first four months of this year were as follows:

Russians top the list of nationalities buying the most

Regarding the ranking of foreign nationalities according to their purchases of residential apartments in Turkey; Russians ranked first as the foreign nationality buying the most residential apartments in Turkey during April 2023, with 817 apartments purchased. They were followed by Iranians in second place with 377 apartments, and Ukrainians ranked third with 136 apartments purchased.
