Opening of Basaksehir Metro | Added Value to the Area's Real Estate

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will inaugurate a new metro line on Saturday, April 8, adding it to the Istanbul Metro network.

In a press statement confirming the opening date, Turkish Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Kara Ismailoglu indicated that the new line will be in the Basaksehir area, passing through five stations starting from the main Metro Kent station and ending at Kaya Sehir Square.

The new line is significant as it connects the Cam Sakura City Medical Hospital in the Kaya Sehir area to the Istanbul Metro network through branches from Metro Kent station, one of the main stations on the new line.

Minister Oglo stated that the capacity of the new line can reach about 70,000 passengers in one hour and in one direction.

In a related context, many real estate experts confirmed that the new metro line will directly impact the increase in property values in the Basaksehir area, which will boost real estate investments in the region.

It is worth noting that the Basaksehir area is considered one of the most important modern residential areas in Istanbul, known for its luxurious real estate projects and advanced infrastructure, in addition to the disciplined organization and planning that characterize the area.
