The effect of the increase on other indicators

In the details related to the indicators related to the construction costs index, the statistical figures issued by the Turkish Statistics Authority recorded an increase in the value of these indicators, as the construction materials index witnessed an increase of 7.47% in April of this year compared to its value during the previous month, and an increase of 133.71% compared to its value in April of last year.

As for the employment index in April of this year, it witnessed an increase of 1.35% compared to its value during the previous month, and a value of 43.75% compared to its value during the same month last year.

The construction work index rising

Regarding the construction work, the statistical figures issued by the Turkish Statistics Authority recorded progress in the building construction work index by 6.39% per month and by 103.46% over a year before April of this year.

As for the building materials index, it witnessed a monthly increase of 6.39%, and the increase in this indicator reached 130.03% the year before April of this year.

The monthly increase in the employment index related to building construction was 1.23%, and the annual increase was 43.52 during the year before April of this year.

Increase in other construction work index

As for the construction work index other than building construction, it witnessed a monthly increase of 5.27% in April of this year, and the annual increase in this indicator was 117.36%.

The construction materials index related to the aforementioned index also witnessed a monthly increase of 5.27% and an annual increase of 145.83%.

As for the employment index related to construction works other than the construction of buildings, it witnessed a monthly increase of 1.81%, and the annual increase in this indicator reached 44.61% during the year before April of this year.
