Apartment sales to foreigners increase by 2% in the third month

According to data issued by the Turkish Statistical Institute, the number of residential apartments sold to foreigners during the third month of this year reached 3,415 apartments, achieving an increase of 1.94% compared to sales in the second month of this year.

The percentage of sales of residential apartments to foreigners in Turkey during March of this year amounted to 3.2% of the total general sales of residential apartments across Turkey. As for real estate sales in Turkey to foreigners during the first three months of this year, they amounted to 10,926 residential apartments.

Antalya tops the Turkish provinces in apartment sales to foreigners

According to the data, Antalya ranked first among Turkish provinces in terms of the highest number of residential apartments sold to foreigners during March 2023, with 1,324 apartments sold.

Istanbul ranked second with 1,090 apartments sold, while Mersin ranked third with 240 apartments sold.

Regarding the ranking of foreign nationalities according to their purchases of residential apartments in Turkey, Russians ranked first as the foreign nationality that bought the most residential apartments in Turkey during March 2023, with 1,175 apartments purchased.
