More than 2,300 apartments sold to foreigners in Turkey during November 2023

Turkey sells 2,342 apartments to foreigners in November

According to data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute, the number of apartment sales to foreigners in Turkey during November of this year reached 2,342 apartments.

The share of foreigners' apartment sales in Turkey during November of this year amounted to 2.5% of the total apartment sales in Turkey overall.

As for apartment sales to foreigners during the first eleven months of this year, they reached 32,941 apartments.

Antalya tops Turkish provinces in apartment sales to foreigners

According to the data, Antalya ranked first among Turkish provinces in apartment sales to foreigners during November 2023, with 790 apartments sold.
Istanbul ranked second with 710 apartments sold, and Mersin came third with 316 apartments sold.

Russians top the list of nationalities buying the most

Regarding the ranking of foreign nationalities according to their purchases of apartments in Turkey, Russians ranked first as the top foreign buyers of apartments in Turkey during November 2023, with 637 apartments purchased. Iranians came second with 234 apartments, and Ukrainians ranked third with 128 apartments. The figures for the top twenty nationalities by purchases are as follows:
