Istanbul tops the Turkish states with an increase of 118%
According to the data contained in the aforementioned report, Istanbul ranked first among the major Turkish states in the annual increase in the investment value of its apartments in January 2022, as the increase in Istanbul apartments reached 118% during a whole year, which extended between January 2021 and January 2022.
The Turkish capital, Ankara, came in second place, as the investment value of its apartments witnessed an increase of 104% during the mentioned period, and the state of Izmir ranked third among Turkey's largest states, with an increase of 84% during the same period.
Umraniye ranks first in Istanbul
In the details related to the increase in the investment value of residential apartments in the regions of Istanbul, the "Umraniye" area ranked first among the regions of the state, as it witnessed the highest increase rates during a year from January 2021, as the annual increase in the investment value of apartments in the region reached 179%.
